EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM

 You can help Enterprise Resource Solutions, LLC, a friend, and yourself by participating in the ERS Employee Referral Program. You can earn a cash award of $500.00 if you refer an external applicant who is hired to the current open positions in Enterprise Resource Solutions, LLC.

 The Employee Referral Program is open to all full-time employees in ERS, LLC. ERS, LLC’s part-time, temporary employees and consultants are not eligible. 

The Employee Referral Form on the next page must be filled out completely. Please fill in the form on the next page, attach resume of the applicant and submit them attention to the HR director. You cannot refer anyone who has already applied, who already works at ERS, LLC, or anyone who has worked in ERS, LLC within the last twelve months. This includes regular, part-time employees, consultants and interns.

ERS, LLC will pay you a cash award of $500.00 (subject to taxes) if the person you referred is hired and completes six months of continuous employment. You must be employed by ERS, LLC that time to collect payment.

ERS, LLC reserves the right to determine whether or not referred applicants are qualified for position.

ERS, LLC may modify or discontinue this program at any time. Should the program be discontinued, any in-process referrals will be reviewed for eligibility on an individual basis. 

In the event an applicant is referred from more than one source—for example, from two employees, or an employee and an employment agency—the deciding factor will be the date of receipt of the referral. Participating parties will be notified when such situations arise.
