ERS, LLC’s primary focus is to provide high-level, exceptionally qualified software resources for management, design, development, support, and administration roles for client’s progressive software implementations, upgrades, etc. ERS, LLC consultants are available for either full-time or contract assignments anywhere in the world on very short notice. The ERS, LLC consultant base is comprised of employees of ERS, LLC, and also contractors sourced through an extensive recruiting network. Though ERS has supplied and continues to supply individuals native to foreign countries for contract work both domestic and international, most of the consultants available in the US are US Citizens, Permanent residents, or Canadian citizens.   

How we can support the engagement: 

•We use people on our staff as well as draw on our extensive network for resources in the US.  We can service small as well as large needs 

•We spend time understanding the overall objectives of the engagement and how the requested resources fit in the overall plan before we try to match resources to the needs. We have a high ‘hit rate’. 

•We focus on servicing Accenture and Accenture clients across the US. 

•Through our partnerships with Accenture and its clients, we are also able to field an integrated team that can deliver on areas of the project (like interfaces or conversion). On large engagements, this would help Accenture managers in integrating disparate resources.
